So, here are the directions on how to subscribe to a podcast in iTunes, if you do not have iTunes, you should. It is way better than any other music player for the computer. There are a ton of podcasts out there, so check out some more. One of my favorites is Smodcast, a podcast by Scott Mosier and Kevin Smith.(Highlands!) look into it here.

1 - open iTunes.
2 - click on "Advanced" on the menu bar on the top
3 - go to "subscribe to podcast"
4 - it will ask you for the URL, copy and paste:
http://www.slowtimer.com/mp3s/wimpy_podcast.php
in the blank space and then click "OK"
5 - that worked for me, let me know if it works for you.
