Mark another moment in New Jersey history, according to newjerseynewsroom.com we beat our old pot bust record.
“Along with a vast array of indoor cultivation equipment, 3,370 growing plants, 115 pounds of harvested marijuana and $65,000 cash was seized.”
Apparently, they were having some kind of soul shake-down party, because these dudes were busted because “Officer Thomas Lucasiewicz of the Monroe Township Police Department smelled the odor of burnt marijuana coming from the chimney of 558 Spotswood-Englishtown Road” I don’t mean to curse frivolously, but, are you fucking kidding me? What the hell were these people thinking? And apparently, the ringleader was a Canadian! Those effing Canadians.

In other New Jersey drug news, the largest herion bust in Cumberland County NC uncovered not only $300,000 street valued smack, but also “moonshine, a handgun and video poker machines”. According to the report, “The drugs are thought to have originated in New Jersey”. Slowtimer never condones drug abuse, but could you imagine getting the Canadian together with these three from Cumberland County? That would be quite a scene, burning weed in the fireplace, gambling with 1.3 million dollars on video poker while drinking moon shine? I can’t. Honestly I think I would have to pass, but just picture it for a sec, man, what a party.
