So the best rapper alive is starring in the best cinema verite of the century. “The Carter” is a documentary that follows Lil Wayne around weeks leading up to and months after his platnum hit “Tha Carter III” was released. All the reviews are in and it seems unanamous that this doc is great, giving the viewer a sneak peak into the life of the most prolific rapper alive today, so intimate that Wayne himself had second thoughts about its release and filed an injunction that didn’t go through.
