Happy Birthday Slowtimer Dungeon Master

Dear Top-Hat,

Thanks for Slowtimer. Thanks for being hilarious. Thanks for being my friend. Here is a video of how we used to have fun. Or to be accurate: how the big boys have fun and got us hooked on trying to be them or hooked on trying to have fun. Or both. 2 dudes, one guitar, one mic and a sample machine. Boom for real.

And there’s this wonderful gem. That makes me like Ween even more.

Movies You Should See Part II

August 27th, 2009 by andrew top-hat

Alright, a movie about Woodstock? Yeah, I thought the same thing, but check it out, it’s directed by Ang Lee. Another Ang Lee film? Yeah, I thought the same thing too, but its a comedy based on a true story. Oh, and its not about the hippies that threw the party, or the bands that played the party, or the hippies that went to the party; its about a local family that tried to profit from the party, and thats the kind of story I can get behind.
Also, its got Demetri Martin in it, and if you haven’t heard of him, you should check out some of his comedy, he is very odd, but it seems like comedy for my generation. I heard about him a while ago and thought to myself he should be more famous, hopefully this will be his chance, check out more of his stuff here.
This is a link to the 224 word palindrome Demetri Martin wrote.
Also its got Liev Schreiber in it, and we need something to wash Sabretooth out of our heads, because, let’s face it, Liev is awesome. Also, it’s got Eugene Levy in it, you know, the guy from Armed and Dangerous…what do you mean you’ve never seen it?! (Tough Love, I know you must have, so that statement is for everybody else).
Well, anyway check out the trailer:

Seperated at Birth

I have a slowtimer first for all of you out there. After extensive investigative reporting, I have discovered the truth. Ben Bernanke, Chairman of the Federal Reserve, and James Avery, also known as Philip Banks, were separated at birth. The proof is in the pictures.

Also, I found this the other day. I thought you might enjoy it also.
