So I really don’t care for either of them, but apparently these two had an altercation in Canada, the thing that caught my fancy is the fact that the zoftig Perez claimes via Twitter that he was assaulted by the best member of the Black Eyed Peas. did Perez call the police? No. He twittered for the police. I am officially coining a phrase: twidiot. A twidiot is someone who uses twitter in an incorrect manner, such as trying to get in touch with the police via the social networking site instead of using your phone in a more constructive manner. It’s kinda like pulling up to the drive thru at McDonald’s and texting your order, probably ain’t gonna get you very far.

here is the apparent twitter dialog from Perez:
P – “I’m in shock. I need the police ASAP. Please come to the SoHo Metropolitan Hotel now. Please.”
P – “I was assaulted by Will.I.Am of the Black Eyed Peas and his security guards. I am bleeding. Please, I need to file a police report. No joke.”
P – “Still waiting for the police. The bleeding has stopped. I need to document this. Please, can the police come to the SoHo Met Hotel.”
P – “I spoke to my lawyer. I really need to talk to the authorities. Please come to the SoHo Met Hotel. Have called the police. Need them here.”
P – “The Toronto police are here now. Thank you. Please stop calling them.”
W – “i just made a twitter account because it isnt cool for someone to blame you and blast you with lies…”
P – “Thank u all from the bottom of my heart for ur concern. The police are investigating the assault now. I did the right thing by reporting it.”
P to W – “There are multiple witnesses. You can deny all you want. The truth is the truth and I am telling the truth.”
