The 2008 MLB season has started so I went hunting. Opening day(s) is a very special day and so here is the result of a special hunt.
I gotta hand it to our prez for pitching from the rubber, most old guys get about ten feet from home plate and pretty much underhand the damn ball. But not this chief. Although his pitching hasn’t made him any friends in The District. I think Hoover was the last president to get booed like this on opening day.

I don’t know if I am just way behind, or if this is still current news, but I just found out there will be a GI Joe movie released next summer. Here is the first image of Snake Eyes I found. This is going to be fuckin’ awesome.
Also, I am throwing a party in about 3 weeks and I would like to request that people put together some podcasts of good party music and post them up. I’m looking to get together at least 3 to 10 hours worth of ragin’ music. Your input is greatly appreciated. (Anyone in Pittsburgh on April 18 is welcome to come to Semple Fest ’08…The Dew Household will be raging hard)

This week in short: I made a meal that took a week to assemble, had a dinner party last night, felt too much like death to go out to see several people/events worth seeing, so now here I am(!), rock me like a bathtub full of ensure, and it all keeps coming back to this jem jewel, where Kim Carnes tries to scrub her shadow back onto her platinum dye job. For me, this video really starts at the three minute mark, and it could basically loop ad infinitum from there.
